I went to one of my most favorite classes tonight, President Thompson’s Adult gospel class. I have been going to them for years now. I couldn’t hold back the smile that came to my face to look around the room and see the growth in the class. When I began going years ago, there were maybe 20 people in attendance. Tonight, the chapel was full. It fills my heart with warmth and joy at so many people choosing God in their lives. I know that He is pleased! I could feel that in that room.
President Thompson never disappoints. I am so excited to get to be studying the Book of Mormon with him. What stood out to me tonight was a scripture he mentioned that says if we go to the temple worthily, we will see God there. It made me think of the many ways I have seen God there. Most recently, it was in witnessing the awe and majesty of the creation once again. I could see God in all of it.
Forever grateful to have such a beautiful witness of God’s love for His children in my life!
