My Loss

There are some days that I just have to write off as a loss. Things I have learned from today:

  1. Plan and prepare for everything. If it means something to you, take the time to plan and prepare for it to do it right.
  2. Do things the way you really want to do them – don’t listen to anyone else’s BS on how things are supposed to be.
  3. Sometimes traditions are meant to be broken.
  4. Focus already!!!!!!!!
  5. Sometimes I just need to cry – it’s okay.
  6. I’m not ready. So insecure still. Trying to pick up years of shattered pieces still. Need to figure out how to forgive and move on.
  7. Work, and work and work for it – it’ll be worth it.
  8. Love ME already, please.
  9. Be kind to me.
  10. I need more exercise, like real exercise.
  11. Remember. Remember. Remember.

I’m so tired of this…

Life isn’t perfect, ever. Not for anyone. It is easy to put up the front and to assume that every one else’s front is real, but everyone has days like this one was for me. Be kind to everyone. We are all hurting in our own desperate ways.

Forever grateful to have a Savior who knows my heart and my efforts even when I fall so super short.
